A recruitment consultant is the intermediary between organisations wishing to recruit and the individual seeking a career move or temporary assignment. To be able to find the right candidate for a client a good business relationship needs to be developed. The Account Manager needs to get to know the company thoroughly and find out what their client is looking for. The Account Manager is never going to be a technical expert, but will speak the same language as the client, understand what keeps them up at night, and cater to their needs accordingly. This doesn’t happen overnight and takes time!

But Recruitment is an industry with a high turnover, which can make it difficult for a company to develop a strong business relationship with a recruitment consultancy and the other way around. Nobody wants to speak to someone new each time they are looking to hire someone, because it simply takes too much time to have to explain yourself time after time. An organisation wants a point of contact with who they can build a relationship. A Recruiter that knows what the client is looking for without wasting any time. It’s expected from the recruiter to know the ins and outs of the business and in that way they can find the client the right person personally and technically.

We have minimal staff turnover which means when you are allocated an account manager they will be with you for as long as you require. This means they really get to understand your business and culture plus you don’t need to keep repeating yourself on-boarding new account managers. It enables to us to fully understand your infrastructure and what people would be a good fit for your culture and overall ethos. Over time a lot of our customers have become great friends socially which is a testament to our focus on integrity continuity.

We specialise purely in the network engineering space, filling key roles which generalist IT agencies cannot fill, saving you time and energy. A lot of our customers have come to us when they have been searching for 6 months or more with little success and we have sourced and filled the vacancy within 1 month of receiving the remit.  All our recruitment consultants have technical training within the field they are recruiting in, enabling them to fully understand your technical needs.  It has been asked in the past, if we can do these actual jobs ourselves, as we pride ourselves in understanding how it all fits together and to be able to resource the right candidate for you.

Innovation

We have developed our own software in collaboration with a CCIE network engineer to be able to “technically vet” candidates at first stage interview, if required. This is an automated interview system which videos the candidate and can be multiple choice or technical questions. This is a great way to filter candidates from an initial shortlist down to face to face interviews and all the customer needs to do is review the results and select those they want to meet.
