There’s so much I would like to tell! Where do I start? Well, let’s first introduce myself. My name is Yoshi, I’m a Shiba Inu dog, originally all the way from Japan and Head of People at Hamilton Barnes. With my fearless leadership, I’m responsible for the Internal Recruitment at HB, organising daily walkies, Lead Medical Physician for when people are feeling paw-ly and I’m basically the office hoover for any crumbs or scraps dropped unknowingly by colleagues. Yes, I hear you thinking.. aren’t you a little too furry to work at Hamilton Barnes? Of course not! who doesn’t like a furry friend in the office?
So about 1.5 years ago, I had a number of job offers from leading recruitment specialists, but I felt Hamilton Barnes was the real pedigree choice when it comes to Network specific recruitment agencies. It basically was a no-brainer for me to join Hamilton Barnes. Why? Well, let me sum up some amazing perks: monthly lunch clubs, annual city breaks, unlimited holidays, fully stacked beer and wine fridge, unlimited snacks and treats to just name a few. Oh, and let’s not forget that you will get a great team to work with. I can tell you, we are a very fun, friendly and outgoing bunch. We know our way to all the hot spots in London and we love some good bants.
Just a little throwback to a few pretty cool HB incentives that I organised and you unfortunately missed out on. But hey, don’t be sad. You will be part of many fun upcoming incentives. Because, when we hit target, the whole team will get to go on the incentive. Isn’t that great? Ok, so back to throwing it back. We visited some pretty decent restaurants. Just to name a few; Oblix at the Shard, Hakkasan, Maze Grill, Oxo Tower, Barbecoa and STK. You can say, we like to eat. But we also like to travel. We visited Amsterdam, Vegas where we stayed at the Wynn and Barcelona where we enjoyed the pretty views of the W hotel. We also like the occasional activities such as crazy golf at Swingers or Bowling at All Star Lanes.
Do we even work with so many activities? Yes, we actually do also work!
Because in the end, all these fun things are not possible without the hard work and dedication we put it.
